We read packets the way a court librarian would, not the way a drop calendar would
System Control Hub is the working name of a two-person editions desk. The work is slow on purpose: Black Panther and Wakanda Marvel NFT comics only make sense as legacy sets when someone sits with the colophons.
Origin
Nalini Khumalo kept a shelf of printed Black Panther trades in Bangkok through the 2010s, then watched friends buy Marvel NFT comics without a place to write down which Wakanda court packet they belonged to. The first inquiries were favors. The desk became a fee service when the favors started needing dated letters.
Correspondence now leaves from the Taichung address in the footer. Viewing hours, when an edition can be shown, are arranged for collectors who live in Thailand or who can travel in. English is the working language because the colophons we track are issued in English.
People
Nalini handles intake and the shortlist voice. Somchai Rattanakul keeps the edition lists: packet names, overlay dates, and the notes that stop a borderlands hunt from being filed as a court issue. Neither of us claims a Marvel credential. We claim patience with issue numbers.
How we work with you
We would rather send a short letter that names a hole than a long letter that flatters a messy shelf. If your brief is really two briefs — family and chronology, for example — we will stop and ask you to pick. That pause is part of the fee, not a delay we hide.
Values that show up in the paper
- Story packets over seal jewelry, unless you collect seals on purpose.
- Named colophons over nightly calendars when you ask for a premium collector release.
- Thailand collectors treated as the primary audience, even when the mail desk is in Taichung.
- No pretend affiliation with Marvel, the Black Panther film cycle, or any drop contract.
