This notice explains how System Control Hub handles names, emails, and edition lists you send when asking about Black Panther or Wakanda Marvel NFT comics.

What we collect
From the inquiry form: name, email, chosen desk work, edition of interest, and the message. From email or phone: whatever you choose to add, such as issue numbers you already hold. We do not ask for wallet keys, identity-card scans, or payment-card numbers on this site.
Why we collect it
To reply to a brief, prepare a shortlist, schedule a viewing in Thailand, and keep an inquiry file accurate. Cookie choices are described on the cookies page.
Retention
Open inquiry files stay until you ask us to close them or until eighteen months of silence. Closed files, including paid retainers and refund records, are kept for seven years. Server logs, if any, are kept for 30 days. Cookie consent is stored in your browser until you clear it.
Your rights
You may ask to see the inquiry file we hold, correct issue numbers we mis-copied, withdraw a pending brief, or ask for deletion where Thai personal-data law allows. Write to info@system-controlhub.click. We will answer within thirty days.
International transfers
Collectors often write from Thailand while the mail desk sits in Taichung. Notes may be read in both places so a shortlist can be finished. By sending a brief you understand that transfer. We do not sell edition lists to other desks.
Children
This site is written for adult collectors. We do not knowingly take briefs from children.
