Acceptance

By sending a form, booking a viewing, or paying a retainer, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not submit a brief. We may refuse work that asks us to mislabel a crossover as a Wakanda court issue or to pretend affiliation with Marvel.

The work

We provide research notes, shortlists, viewing hours, gap letters, and reservation conversations. We do not transfer tokens, hold wallets, or complete a sale of a Marvel NFT comic on this site. A shortlist is a dated opinion, not a title document.

Intellectual property

Marvel, Black Panther, Wakanda, and related character names belong to their owners. Our letters, edition identifiers such as WP-legacy-03, photographs we commission, and the design of this site belong to System Control Hub. You may keep a letter that you paid for. You may not republish our shortlists as your own catalog.

Your materials

Issue lists you send remain yours. We may keep a copy in the inquiry file for as long as the file is open and for seven years after close, as described in the privacy notice.

Liability

Availability of a premium collector release can change after a letter goes out. We are not liable for a packet that moves, a drop that closes, or a collector’s disappointment with story order. Our liability for a paid inquiry is limited to the retainer you paid for that inquiry, except where Thai law forbids a limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Thailand have jurisdiction, even though correspondence may leave from the Taichung address printed in the footer.

Changes

If we change these terms, the version on this page on the day you submit a brief is the version that applies to that brief.
