Refunds and cancellations
These rules apply to retainers and deposits for desk work around Marvel NFT comics. We do not sell physical shop stock or run a checkout on this site, so there is no parcel-return process.
Eligibility
A refund is available when we have not yet started the named work, when we withdraw because we cannot help with the edition, or when a premium collector packet is withdrawn on the publisher side after you placed a reservation deposit.
Timeframe to ask
Write to info@system-controlhub.click within fourteen days of the retainer payment if you wish to cancel an inquiry that has not started. After the shortlist leaves our desk, the inquiry retainer is earned.
Full or partial
Full refund: inquiry retainer if we have not opened the file; viewing fee if you cancel at least 48 hours ahead; reservation deposit if the named packet is withdrawn before we confirm a hold. Partial refund: fifty percent of a viewing fee if you cancel inside 48 hours but before the hour begins. No refund of the inquiry retainer after a shortlist or gap letter has been sent.
Non-refundable
Time already spent on intake after you approved the brief. A standalone viewing hour that took place. Third-party room hire if we booked a Thailand viewing space at your request and cannot unwind the hire.
Process
Email the inquiry date, the service, and the reason. We confirm in English within five working days and, if eligible, send the refund by the same method you used to pay the retainer.
Processing time
Allow ten working days after our confirmation for the amount to show with your bank or prompt-pay record.
Method
We return funds by the original transfer route. We do not convert a cash refund into a Marvel NFT comic or into store credit.

Cancellation and rescheduling
Viewing hours may be moved once without fee if you give 48 hours’ notice. A second move is treated as a cancellation. Inquiries cannot be “rescheduled”; they are either open or closed.
Deposits
A reservation deposit is held against a named premium collector release. If you proceed, it is credited. If you simply change your mind after a hold is confirmed and the packet is still available, the deposit is not returned.
No-shows
If you miss a viewing without notice, the viewing fee is earned. We will still send any display notes already prepared.
Work already started
Once we have begun matching Black Panther or Wakanda issues against your list, the inquiry retainer is no longer sitting unused. You may still close the file; the fee stays with the desk.
Materials
We do not buy physical comics or print packs on your behalf as part of the standard offers, so there is no purchased-materials remainder to settle unless a letter explicitly says we ordered a licensed display file for a Thailand viewing. That file, if ordered, is non-refundable once paid to the licensor.
Exceptions
If Thai consumer law requires a wider cooling-off right for a particular payment, that law prevails over this page.
