Preparing notes before a private viewing in Thailand

Viewing hours are sixty minutes. If you spend the first twenty describing a feeling about Wakanda, we will still listen, then we will run out of time before page four. Write the feeling down at home. Bring numbers.

The sheet we send asks for: editions you already hold, editions you refuse, a budget ceiling you can say out loud, and whether you are traveling to sit with a display file or joining by screen from Thailand. Chiang Mai collectors often prefer morning hours before the heat. Bangkok collectors often prefer an evening screen session after work.

If you are gifting a premium packet, say who will actually read it. A closed colophon that delights you can confuse the person who receives it. We would rather adjust the shortlist than watch a gift sit unopened because the reading order was never explained.
